Progress report for October 2018 –
We have acquired a total of 26.24% overall progress percentage as of 31st of October 2018. Procurement for all the structural materials deliverables were carried out and we started procuring for the architectural and services materials. For the first floor level, a dedicated team were assigned to carry out reinforcement and shuttering works for slab and attached beams. Some demolishing works were also executed such as removal of concrete wastes left on mezzanine floor, removal and disposal of damaged formwork left for first floor as well as the preparation for special waterproofing works in basement external wall. We also completed the construction of temporary building for accommodation of general workers.
