DEVELOPMENT PROGRESS – Reinforcement form work and concrete works in progress for 1st floor. Main concrete works for mezzanine floor ramp etc completed

DEVELOPMENT PROGRESS – March

Periphery structural works for foundation and basement conpleted. Majority of columns from basement to ground floor completed. Remaining fewer columns and ground level slab works are ready to begin.

1.Major substructural works completed. 2. Lift well concrete stage one completed. 3.Columns erected for its first cast. 4. Remaining walls n columns concrete works continued for ground level.

Raft slab concrete works on going. 

Damp proofing completed with foundation reinforcement work and basement sumps setting out ongoing.  Aira Exceptional-Living Scheduled to open on 2018 June.

Lean Concrete completed. Formwork initiated. Aira Exceptional-Living Scheduled to open on 2018 June.
